Innocuous Weapon

Innocuous means "not offensive". Since an X-Acto is already a knife, it is potentially a weapon. This made me wonder if I could modify the X-Acto so that it can be something non-offensive. This made me wonder, "What if an X-Acto is also a Flat-Head Screw Driver?".
